Rockhopper (When and where is he on!?!?)

Yes, many people have been asking this question and many more. When is he on? What Servors? What place is he at? What does he look like? Can I meet Bambadee? How do I get into his room on the ship? Is he a bot or an actual person?
Alright, lets start off with the biggest question: Rockhopper and his whereabouts.
I’m 90% sure now that Rockhopper is a Club Penguin employee. The times he goes on and what server he goes on are completely random, its really up to him to choose. These are the servers he’s on a lot: Mammoth, Frozen, Mittens, Parka, and all the servers on the left column on the first page of the list of US Servers (The ones that are almost always full)
Now, where do you find him? He will most likely be at the Migrator (This is the main one), the Dock, the Snow Forts, the Iceberg or the Night Club so look for him.
One very boring and dull way is skimming every server and each of these four places for him because he is sometimes not on (This has worked before). And he is almost ALWAYS clustered by at least 20 red penguins.

Last, there are the fake rumours. The door in the inside of his ship leading to his “Cabin” is just decoration for the time being. You can’t get inside. There is no key to get inside, no matter what anyone say’s. As for Bambadee, he is just a storybook character so far and he has not made an appearance yet. However, CP has his account.
why doesn’t captain rockhopper talk he must be a fool?

so do u know what server he is on mostly? which would u say is most populated cuz i go on mammoth all the time
Watex: Mammoth, Frozen, Big Foot, Mittens, Servers on the left side of the first page of the American server list (the ones that are almost always full) are a few of his favorite ones.

Last time i saw rockhopper he was on bigfoot cuz sumone shouted, “i saw rockhopper!” and then he shouted, “he is on bigfoot!!” so i went there and there was on the migorator. but this time, i checked everywhere on CP the server bugfoot and he wasnt there.
Some people say they kno rockhopper’s password. and they actually Log On! How do they do that, Watex?
Watex: You can’t log into it unless your Club Penguin staff.

thanks watex you were a big help in rockhopper finding. i found him on big foot in the cove which you said thats two common places he would be.i found him with my friend so both of our penguins have eyepatche thanks a bunch watex!

he must be really famous cuz if he is on the migrator there are full lines backed up till the town its crazy!!! oh and i have a question is their really a yellow puffle?

I heard that you can’t make him your buddy, but you can put him on your ignore list!

about how long do u think it would take to check every server evvery place? would u find him that way? where did you find him? how much times do you see him? do u see him a lot
Watex: I’ve seen him around 7 or 8 times. I used to spend hours looking for him. But I soon figured out these tips that I wrote in the Rockhopper Finding Guide. And lately, I’ve been bumping into him by coincidence. And once, someone in my chatbox told me where he was.
